Or add a HTML template by clicking Add HTML Template. This template includes text and images. However, you may require help from a web designer to design the HTML template. You can also create a simple HTML template of your own.
Editing the existing HTML template
Step 1: Select the HTML template provided
We provided a default HTML template that can be easily be amended or edited without the help of an expert.
Creating your own HTML template
Step 1: Add new HTML template
Click Add HTML Template to open the editor and create a new Bounced Cheque Notification Letter template from scratch.
Give your new template a name in the Template Name field, for example “Bounced Cheque Notice Letter”. Select which Module this template will be used in, i.e for leasing, sales, property management or short term rental.
Category and Field give you a variety of placeholders to customize your templates, for e.g. number of bedrooms, bathrooms, floor number, community, building name, property manager and so on.
Step 2: Build your template
Suppose we want to build the template: “Dear Mr. John, Your cheque has been returned by HSBC Bank”.
First, start writing the text, and insert placeholders where you want the system to mail-merge values from the tenant/buyer information.
Replace any mail-merge fields with placeholders in the drop down. This will merge data from your lead in real time.
Step 5: Test it
Click Save when done editing the template.
