You can create new communication templates from scratch or from a template!
Step 1: Find Communication Templates in System Admin
Go to Communication Templates from System Admin > Parameters > Communication Templates > Email Template > select "Lead Correspondence" as the template type
Step 2: Add New Templates
Add a Text Template by clicking Add Text Template. This template includes only written text without any images.
Or add a HTML template by clicking on Add HTML Template. This template includes text and images. However, you might require help from a web designer to design a HTML template.
Step 3: Select Existing HTML Templates
Enter in your text or HTML in the designer window. You can either create a template from scratch or use one of our sample HTML Templates provided below:
Step 4: Select Placeholders
Replace any mail-merge fields with placeholders in the drop down. This merges data from your lead in real time.
Step 5: Test it
When done editing the template, click Save. Congratulations on adding a new template! This template can be used in various scenarios as set in Auto-Correspondence Settings.
The below Welcome Letter is a sample completed template that would be mailed to the client instantly when the lead file is saved on Masterkey.
