Note: you need to have the Mailing List created before you launch the Campaign, but once your Mailing List is ready you can send Email Campaigns from Masterkey easily.
- Select the module Marketing > Campaign zone and click Add New
- Type in the name of the Campaign and click Next. Campaign name can help you identify and track Campaigns done in the past.
- Enter your 'From' label, which is the 'Name of the sender that will be sent with the emails'
- Enter your 'reply to' email address, where all replies to this mailer will be directed to
- Enter your Subject line, which is the Subject of your mailer
- You can copy and paste the mailer under the design section or if you have the HTML code, you can click on the HTML section and paste the HTML code (We recommend html for mailers)
- Add Text Content to your mailer and select place holders accordingly and click Next
- It is mandatory to enter the Unsubscribe message and you can select the Unsubscribe Link Text from the drop down
- Postal Address can be your physical office address
- Once the campaign is created, click 'Launch Campaign'
- Make any changes if required on the email by clicking 'Make changes to your email' or you click Next to proceed
- You have an option to 'Generate Preview', and then click OK
- You can also send test emails to up to 9 people before you launch the campaign, to make sure there are no errors in the campaign and click Next to proceed.
- Select the mailing list you created and click Next
- Either Launch the Campaign at a preferred date and time or launch the Campaign at the earliest launch time available
- Congratulations! You successfully launched the Campaign.
