Contacts are clients who are willing to buy, sell, lease, or lease out a property (Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords). Follow these steps to ‘Add a Contact’
Step 1: Find Contact Zone
- Select Module (Sales, Leasing, CRM) and then Contacts
- Click Add New > Contact, which opens up a new Contact File
Step 2: Fill in the Contact Information
- Fill the Client's details in the Contact File
- Enter their Mobile number by first selecting the country code then entering area code and the number (for example UAE : 971-55-9381862). By clicking Add Phone, you can enter a second number
- Enter their Email 1 they want to use for correspondence. By clicking Add Email, you can enter a second email
- Assigned To: Assign the Contact to an Agent who will engage with this Client
Step 3: Test it out
- Click Save to successfully save it into Contacts. Now try to search the contact in the quick search like below
