We have further upgraded our security levels and you can now decide for how long you wish Masterkey support team can access your system.
If in-case you are facing an issue and need technical assistance, you can follow the below steps to grant access to Masterkey Support team.
- Click Settings and click Grant Access to Masterkey Support
- Select from the list and decide how long you want to grant access
- Once you select the time, click Save
- You will be notified by email saying you have granted access to Masterkey Support team
- A notification email will be sent to you when Masterkey Support team has logged into the system
- Once the issue is resolved, click 'No Access' to revoke access and then click Save
- You will receive an email mentioning that the Support Access has been revoked and Masterkey has no longer have access to your account
