How to: Save Frequent Searches
Most frequent searches can be saved so you do not have to go through the hassle of executing the same search every single time. Searches can be saved in all modules and zones.
- Select the module (Sales, Leasing, CRM) > Units and click Advanced Search
- Select the criteria on the Advanced Search, put a check on Save this search, name your search and click Save
- In this case, we select the criteria as 'Furnished' Units
- The search is saved and you can access it from Quick Search > Saved Searches
- Add any number of search items in the Saved Searches.
- Saved Searches automatically gets updated
