How do Remarks work?
There are 2 types of remarks.
1) Remarks for listing agent
2) Remarks for all agents
1) Remarks for listing agent: On adding a remark for listing agent, listing agent will get an email and this remark will only be viewable for the listing agent.
2) Remarks for all agents: Remarks for all agents can only be added by listing agent and his/her manager. No email will be sent on this category.
Both these remarks are functional for the external units too.
