How to Change my phone number on Property Portals?
Phone numbers on Property Portals are displayed as entered in the System. We send three different numbers to Property Portals and you can speak directly to the Portal which number needs to be displayed. Most Portals use the Company Phone number.
- Listing Agent Mobile Number - This number is entered on the User file and is available for the Property Portals to display on their Portal.
- Branch Phone Number - This number is entered on the Company File > Branch and every User is assigned to one particular branch. By default if no branch is created, all Users will be assigned to the Main Branch.
- Company Phone Number - This number is entered on the Company File. If the Agency wants the Company phone number to be displayed on the Property Portal this is also possible.
