My Units Do Not show up on the Property Portal
We often come across the question 'Why do my Units not show up on the Property Portal?'. Figuring out why this is happening is a frustrating process, but save yourself time by checking these two settings before contacting Masterkey Support:
- Is the Portal enabled on Masterkey? Read this article about how to enable Property Portals.
- Is the Unit marked to be on the Portal? Read this article about how to mark Units to be on Property Portals.
If these two settings are correctly set, your Units will show up on selected Property Portals. If they still do not appear on the portal, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
