How to: Assign an Agent to a Branch
If you have multiple offices in one Country and you want to assign Agents per Branch, it is possible. Assigning Agents per Branch has the below advantages.
- You can add branch telephone numbers, which appears on the Unit Cards when Agents sends these from different branches.
- Branch phone numbers will reflect on Property Portals, so leads are assigned to the right Offices & Agents.
You can follow the below steps to assign Agents per branch.
- Select System Admin module and select Users. Click on the User who needs to assigned under a different branch.
- Select Personal Details and select the Branch from the list
