How to Edit a Receipt
- Select the Module > Accounts and click either Sales or Lease Transactions
- Click Receipt Invoice Report
- Select the criteria and choose all receipts generated between specific dates. You may also filter by Category, Payment Type, City, Prepared by, Agents and click Generate
- This generates a list of all Receipts in the specified date range (we selected 1st Jan 2012 till Oct 21st 2012) with Receipt numbers
- Select the Receipt you want to edit and click Edit. System will open the existing Receipt so you can modify the required details and click Save
- Receipt is now updated with the new details.
