How to Set Mandatory Payments on Transcations
- Select System Admin > Company. Click on the Company File
- Select Policies > Sales and check the Payment Type which needs to be mandatory during the Transaction and click Save
- This Policy will be applicable only during Sale and Lease Transaction and will not be applicable while reserving a Unit
- System will now prompt the selected payment type (agency fee buyer in this case) as mandatory during a Transaction
